WELCOME to the official website for the Stanford Professional Women (SPW) Club of the San Francisco Bay Area. For over 25 years, SPW has been serving professional women of the Stanford community by bringing them together and enabling them to reconnect with Stanford for both professional and personal development.
Our diverse and dynamic membership represents a broad range of professions, career/life stages, backgrounds, and ages. The majority of our members are Stanford women graduates. SPW is also open to professional women affiliated with Stanford, including faculty, staff, students, and even family members of alumni and current students.
SPW events offer our members and guests an opportunity to gain knowledge from insightful speakers, engage in lively discussion with fellow alumnae, and make new friendships and business connections. Our popular events include an Executive Speaker Series, Professional Development Workshops, Networking Mixers, and Social and Cultural activities. We have an exciting calendar of informative and fun events planned for the 2009-2010 year. Please be sure to revisit the calendar periodically as additional events are arranged.
